| Bounce Around with PIMS is a family run business which has been established for over 10 years. We aim to offer a fair and friendly service to all those wanting to add a little bouncy fun into their parties! |
Hiring: |
| Our Policy is to collect payment on delivery - no deposit is required. We will drop off your inflatable between 10 and 11am, set it up for you and pack it away at the end of the day. Collections are up to 8pm. |
Cancellations: |
| If the weather is very bad on the day of your event and the event itself has to be cancelled, postponed or moved indoors where the inflatable won't fit, you may cancel without paying. If you have to cancel for any other reason - as much notice as possible is kindly requested and appreciated since we don't operate a deposit system and may lose out on another sale. Thank you. |
| ** Please note - we do offer low bouncy castle and ball pools which are ideal for indoor play. If they are available you can have these as an alternative on the day if you do have to move indoors. |
Delivery: |

| We can generally deliver our inflatables to you to Shrewsbury and the surrounding areas - but please contact us to discuss your requirements and we may be able to accommodate you if you live further afield too, depending on availability and other deliveries that day. |
All our Inflatables come with full insurance for the period of your hire. They also come with a fan, and safety mats where applicable.
